How to Become an Octopus (and Sometimes Squid)

In this embodied experimental workshop, artist Miriam Simun guides participants in exploring the world through the perspective of a cephalopod. Through sensory and movement-based exercises, the session invites collective transformation and new ways of relating to ourselves, each other, and the environment.

In this collaborative 2-hour workshop, artist Dalena Tran walks participants through using Fuser to explore speculative futures through image, text, and video generation. Guided activities include style training, lore creation, and playful worldbuilding with AI.

MicroMovement: Interacting with Hardware
Leia Chang
Artist Leia Chang introduces microcontroller basics and guides participants in creating movement-responsive electronics. Learn CircuitPython and build wearable hardware using the Adafruit Qt Py, accelerometers, and Neopixel LEDs.
